Cookie policy

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a website. Here, "cookies" means all trackers: cookies, but also the browser's local storage (localStorage, sessionStorage) and similar technologies.

2. Cookies the Site needs to work

These cookies are essential to the service you ask for. They do not require your consent (article 82 of the French Data Protection Act) and cannot be turned off without breaking the Site.

3. Cookies that need your consent

These cookies are set only after you agree, in the banner shown on your first visit. You can refuse without any effect on your access to the Site: until you choose, none of them is set.

Google is responsible for the cookies it sets: see its privacy policy.

4. Managing your choices

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, with the button below or the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw it, the Google Ads cookies are deleted. Your choice, acceptance or refusal, is kept for 6 months; we will then ask you again.

5. Audience measurement

We use Matomo (Matomo Cloud, published by InnoCraft Ltd) to produce visitor statistics, for our own use only. The trackers _pk_id (pseudonymous visitor identifier) and _pk_ses (groups the pages of one visit, 30 minutes) last 13 months at most, and the data is kept 25 months at most. Addresses sent to Matomo contain no parameters or identifiers, and your IP address is truncated. In line with the recommendations of the CNIL (French data protection authority), this tool does not require your consent. You can still object with the box below: a mtm_consent_removed cookie then remembers your choice for 400 days.

We also use StatCounter (StatCounter Ltd) to count visits. Its trackers are set as soon as you arrive on the Site, without waiting for your choice in the banner, and StatCounter may reuse the data for its own statistics. It is not loaded on pages whose address contains a personal link (password reset, email verification, customisation) or on the order confirmation.

You can block or delete them in your browser (next section). See StatCounter's policy.

6. Browser settings

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the cookies the Site needs may stop it from working (login, cart).
